About Us

We are a consulting business, providing workshops, modules and educational tools to businesses to foster a sense of belonging for all people, regardless of race, sexuality, gender, education, age, ability, trauma, family status, socioeconomic status, etc. We encourage an understanding beyond inclusion and towards belonging, create space for hard conversations, and support agencies and businesses in getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Coming from a place of understanding various marginalized experiences, we help bridge the gap between knowing and understanding.
